Anna Morgan was chosen by judges to compete in the Texaco Country Showdown.

Tune in to WRJW 1320-AM Monday, Sept. 26 – Friday, Sept. 30 at 11:05 AM for the Country Showdown Preview Show. They will be playing music by each of the contestants and giving away tickets to the Texaco Country Showdown on Saturday October 1 at 6:00 PM at the Picayune School Auditorium in Picayune, MS. The winner of the local competition will move on to the Mississippi State Final.

The winner of the WRJW Showdown will receive a $100 CASH prize, a trophy, and lots of other prizes from participating local sponsors.
